Social Security Disability

New Jersey Social Security Disability Lawyer

There is an unfortunate misperception that only the retired and the elderly are entitled to receive Social Security benefits. SSDI is part of the same system as the standard retirement account we all pay into through payroll deduction over our lifetime. SSDI is like an insurance policy that workers pay the premiums on. Benefits are for anybody who has worked and contributed to the system. A worker with a qualifying disability can be anyone in their adulthood.

If you are no longer able to work because of an injury or illness, I invite you to call me at Levine Law, LLC, right away. I am attorney Pamela Levine. Through my entire legal career I have focused on helping people receive the Social Security Disability Insurance benefits they need.

"I have stood by the side of more than 2,000 clients at Social Security administrative hearings. I know how frustrating it can be, but I also know that you can get the benefits you need, by focusing on telling your story. You will find me truly compassionate and caring about helping you." — Pamela Levine

Do You Qualify

There is a broad range of injuries and illnesses that may qualify you for benefits. In order to qualify for SSDI benefits, you must be disabled for at least one year. But that doesn't mean you should wait to call me. As soon as you become disabled, we can start the process moving. It often takes several months to receive benefits. We'll get the claim started right away.

Initial Claims and Denied Claims

I work with clients at all phases of the application process. Even if you have filed on your own and been denied, don't give up. In fact, the vast majority of all initial applications are denied. You are in good company.

I use my experience to examine your initial application and determine the issues that held up your approval. I know what the Social Security Administration is looking for and how to prepare your claim.

What to Expect

It helps to get an experienced lawyer on your side as soon as possible. When we meet for your free initial consultation, we will go through the application process and I will explain how my contingency fees work.

Once we are working together, I will handle every necessary detail, so you can concentrate on your health and your life. I will gather medical records, and begin the process of scheduling and preparing for your administrative hearing.

If I can't help you recover money, you won't pay attorney fees. Only when you start to receive benefits will you owe any fees for our service.

Some companies that assist people with Social Security disability issues use non-lawyers whose fees are the same as a lawyer's. At Levine Law, you will always work with a lawyer.

Contact me to learn more about the process. You will find me truly compassionate about helping you get the benefits you need.
